 The NYTOA is launching a membership ONLY magazine titled “NEW YORK TACTICAL”. This magazine will be printed on a quarterly bases and mailed to the NYTOA membership. The first issue will hit on or about May 1, 2007 and will also be distributed at the NYTOA Tactical Expo and Conference on May 8, 2007.
This magazine is intended to supplement Swat Digest and is not a replacement. You will continue to receive Swat Digest in the mail. Since Swat Digest is also distributed to others outside of the NYTOA, we felt that a publication printed ONLY for our membership was needed. In our publication we will profile NYTOA Tactical Teams, articles written by our membership, upcoming training & events, NYTOA News and Happenings, and member evaluated product reviews. The magazine will contain approximately 20 pages.
The magazine will be managed by Executive Editor Gregory Metakes. If you wish to contribute an article, review a product, or assist and anyway with the publication, please contact gmetakes@nytoa.org.
